Integra

I’m taking the s300 with no atm from a civic and putting it in my obd1 integra. What modifications do i have to make. Thanks!

Not sure, i asked what it is and he said its a s300, not atm

Not sure, but just for any s300, what are some things i have to do or what do i have to be careful of when taking it from a civic to a obd1 integra?

Please give the serial number of your s300, the exact model and year of your vehicles, and explain fully what you are doing.

Not sure where i find the serial number. It’s a 2000 acura integra. Obd1. P75. I used to have a p28 with a sst chip but swapping it out for this. The guy told me i have to cut a data wire or something. I just want confirmation on what wire and if there’s anything else to do

Are you trying to use it outside of the case like that?

What is the issue you are having with it?

No that’s just how i bought it, i will put it in a case. I’m not having any issues, i just want to know what modifications to do before putting it in. I’ve been told there’s a data wire i need to cut or something.

Please make sure it is properly installed in the case, then use it and see if it is working correctly.

The guy i bought it from told me i had to cut a data wire or else it will feed back into the ecu and lock it up

We cannot troubleshoot a hypothetical issue. You need to try using it and if there are issues, we can go from there.

i don’t want it to get bricked. Is there any different procedure to do when taking it from a civic, and putting it in a integra.
