require a little advice and help ?

at the moment i am putting a b16a2 into a mini front end, the engine was taken from a 99 civic coupe, but it was in a front end smash, i recently got hold of full ecu wiring diagrams and inputs/outputs etc and rewired the original harness to suit, but! its still listing faults with the 02 sensor and its not givin the +12v output for the pre-heat in the coil to raise the temperture for it to work properly and excesive bursts of black fumes under load, on the other hand i am at the stage where i would like to up the power slightly and after hearing about hondata sytems require a little advice, ive been looking at DTA, and Dastek piggy back modules and ecu systems but are stupidly priced and a ful re-wire is involved, but which hondata system is there that would replace my p2t g11 ecu, and allow me to program to suit on rollers?
