Are all the parameters being met to engage vtec?

But have all the parameters been met that you have specified on the HOndata rom image...minimum map pressure, rpm, etc?

Is the Fix Vtec Revs in ECU supposed to be clicked, cause on the basemap its not clicked
Vtec revs 4807 and its unchecked, guess its supposed to be checked why isnt it checked for a basemap?

If it is not set in the ecu that would explain why your vtec is not engaging. You should contact your dealer and have them create a new basemap, or if you have the software you can make the change yourself.
