AEM CAI loss of power at high rpms

I put in this AEM CAI on my 8th gen si coupe and put on a base map for the V2 CAI version so it can at least run. It does so but poorly. I'm new to this and would need help understanding what to change and adjust so it works smoothly. The issues I'm having is when shifting, it stops at 7000 rpms when accelerating and will start going down even if I keep my foot on the gas. I only regain power if I turn the car off and back on again. Every time this occurs the check engine light comes on until I reupload the map. Even when in neutral this problem occurs. Is this something that I can personally fix on my own or would it be best to take it to a shop and have them do it?

You post has characteristics of a spam post. If you are a human, apologies but we get many posts like this which are fake.

Please tell us your vehicle model & year, and post the calibration and a datalog of the issue.
