When i work in closed loop and the ecu is trimming the maps for example 4%, when i go full throtlle so i am in WOT so i am in open loop, the trimming from closed loop the 4% is still triming from the maps or the trimming is working only when i am in closed loop and when i go to wot is the maps working without triming?

Yes you have a value in closed loop parameters it is the maximum MAP for closed loop, above this MAP it is open loop

so when i have long term fuel bank for example -3% and i am in wot the fuel maps is still trimming -3% at wot (open loop). Is that correct or at wot is the fuel maps without trimming?

It will use the fuel trim in open loop for safety.
