My vehicle is a 2019 CVT Civic 10, using the original air filter, with an upgraded intercooler and a 300-cell high-flow catalytic converter. The ignition timing remains stock below 4000 RPM. When I start the car cold and drive for 6-10 kilometers until the engine reaches normal operating temperature, the knock control abnormally rises to 70%-80% during low-speed driving or when maintaining 1500 RPM. However, when I drive on the highway, with engine speed above 2000 RPM or even up to 4000 RPM, the knock control gradually drops to 55%-60%. I have tried various gasoline grades from multiple gas stations (excluding E85), but the issue persists. Please take a lookat my log and tune, and I hope you can give me some suggestions.
