I recently bought a 2012 civic si, came with a Acuity CAI on it (CEL on). I bought a flashpro, tried out the map for PRL CAI and my idle surges from 1k-1.5k. So i switched to Hondata reflash. ran fine, got down the road from work and lost all throttle response @ approx 70mph. stuck on side of the road. I tried several different base maps from the software to get home, and then returned to stock. Return to stock got me almost home approx 30 mins down the road and CEL came back on w misfires galore. I ended up limping home to my drive way.

I saw on 9th forums some people saying to check the MAP tables box in the config. But didnt change anything.

here is a log in my driveway. not moving. Log was made with MAP box checked using the "US Civic Si 2012-2014, Hondata reflash"

Does it have an aftermarket clutch?

The errors are for misfires.

i was told the clutch was replaced, but not told what was in it, or any details. So.. maybe not an oem? Ill look through the maint records in the glove, maybe i can get something from there.

If it is an aftermarket clutch/flywheel it may need to have the misfire detection disabled in the calibration.
