Unable to write to the ECU

I proceeded to the ECU reflash screen and attempted to perform the reflash, but encountered the following error. There were no bent pins on the connectors, and I reconnected all of them to ensure they were properly seated. The version of Hondata FlashPro Manager is 4.5.7.0, which is the latest. Given these conditions, what could be the possible cause?
