CTR MAF 500 doesn't like drop-in filter?

2019 FK8 with only the Spoon drop in filter by Sprint Filters, no issues with the hondata 93 octane calibration for about 8 months. Got around to installing the CTR MAF 500 and I'm getting p101 even with the stock + CTR MAF calibration.
Do I need AMF Flow tuning for a drop in? Is this a dirty/bad sensor?
Datalogs of Filter + CTR MAF and then Filter + Stock MAF the next day

What setting in the calibration did you use for the MAF500?

I used the wizard to add the 93 octane reflash and the stock + CTR MAF for intake. I saved the calibration and will upload it when I get home.

this is the calibration I initially used, I tried to load it a couple times and do a fresh calibration with no luck.

The MAF500 datalog looks like the calibration was not uploaded with the MAF500 setting, and also the datalog does not match the calibration using their IDS. Are you sure you uploaded?

Ok, I had my suspicions of that, but I will try and confirm again. The calibration I uploaded was one that still gave me a p101, and when I cleared the cel I tried to upload a fresh calibration because I thought it didn’t upload too. The datalog is from that second calibration.
I will do a fresh calibration, save and datalog that and report back.

Ok I am fairly certain I uploaded the calibration correctly, I drove the car for about 20 min and I have no CEL for now..
Here is the calibration and 4 datalogs done immediately after.

If you put in an OEM filter, do you get an error?

I got the sensor after having the spoon filter for a while, I can get one to test, but do not have one on hand.

Post a picture of both sides of the blade on the sensor that goes inside the intake tubing.

Ok, put in brand new OEM filter and uploaded the same maf500new calibration and I still got P0101 cel. It came on as I was datalogging.
At this point, this has to be a faulty sensor right?

Do you have a copy of the receipt from purchasing the MAF500?
