Turning off closed loop

Is it possible to run open loop and go off fuel tables on low cam? I am boosted and have had to pull a bunch of timing on low cam to keep from knocking while climbing steep grade. Closed loop is pulling 20% fuel keeping afr at 14.7. I have the target lambda low afr 12.5 in column 9, but closed loop is holding afr at 14.7. Is there a setting I am missing that will fix my issue? Thanks

You have not said what vehicle you are referring to.

Post the calibration and datalogs showing the issue.

Been a busy week...

I am guessing there is a setting somewhere I am missing so closed loop will go off my target lambda and wot lambda tables. Calibration file and datalog attached. Been street tuning over the last 4 months. Car was "tuned" by a shop in Atlanta originally and had all sorts of issues (locked to 10 degrees on low cam) so I took on the task of tuning it myself. Any help is appreciated!

Where in the datalog are you having the issue?

10:20 to 11:00 is a specific example where I'm in column 9 13.07afr requested target lambda low and afr is holding 14.7afr. 39% throttle. Why is it holding 14.7 instead of requested? In attached data log above. It is weird because you can see the afr richen up after a few seconds.

It appears to be following pretty closely to what is requested in that time range in the datalog you have posted.
