"Soft bricked" my ECU after reflashing

Here’s my build:
K24A2 block + K20A head, running with an FD2 harness and ECU.
I just reflashed the ECU with my Flashpro, and the car went into limp mode (or recovery mode). The RPM oscillates between 2000–3000 at idle, the throttle doesn’t respond, and it throws DTCs for the camshaft and crankshaft sensors. However, if I clear the DTCs and restart the car, it runs normally with no issues until I switch off the ignition. The ECU seems to get stuck in a loop, constantly going back into limp mode unless I manually clear the codes.
I tried to update the software, but it didn't work. Suspecting it's some sort of CRC checksum issue.
Any idea how to fix this?
