FlashPro Unresponsive

Connected my FlashPro to the computer today fully expecting for the firmware to update as I haven't connected it in a few months. I made sure before starting that I had the latest version of FlashPro Manager. When I connected the USB cable, it said it would update the FlashPro firmware, but then didn't and FlashPro Manager started having significant delays when I'd click on something. I thought maybe it was an update issue with my computer, so after waiting about 15 minutes to give it a chance to process, I went ahead and shut my computer down completely before unplugging the flashpro as it was displaying USB and Program LEDs and I didn't want to just unplug it. After powering down, I started everything back up and checked for any updates for the PC (there weren't any) then I opened flashpro manager again, and tried to connect the flashpro. This time I again was prompted to update the firmware, which I let happen and waited about 30 minutes this time... Still, flashpro manager was slow, or unresponsive. Also, for both attempts the flashpro tab in the flashpro box is completely blank while the flashpro is connected.
So...I thought maybe there was a bad install, so I completely uninstalled then reinstalled flashpro manager, and now I don't even get a firmware update prompt but instad only see a green light for power.
In device manager, under ECU Hardware (Hondata) - Hondata FlashPro under device status it says:
This device cannot start. (Code 10)
{Device Timeout}
The specified I/O operation on %hs was not completed before the time-out period expired.
Driver Version is 1.0.3.0 from 4/16/2015
What's the way forward here?
