Hello Hondata team,

I am having an issue after having updated flashpro to the new 4.5.3 version and uploaded the calbration tune to vehicle as suggested.

Everything was successful and the tune got uploaded, I start car and perfect start no issues, No CEL and nothing looks off.

I begin to drive and vehicle is lacking power, hits 0 boost and almost feels like it is in limp mode, I have no error codes and no soft codes being displayed on Hondata or on the vehicle. The night before the update I drove car over 400 miles with 0 issues. Right after the update, the vehicle went into this funky limp mode state with no error codes given.

Is there anything you suggest in having me try ??? My tune suggested to look for any soft codes and reset but nothing comes up, I have attempted to upload the tune twice and no change.

Post the calibration uploaded to the ECU and a datalog showing the issue.

WGCMD is either asking fully open or closed when stopped at idle, very strange.

Any update to this??? Vehicle is undrivable at the moment.

Downloaded recent 4.5.5 version and still no change, vehicle is behaving exactly the same. Dead pedal feel and no boost builds.

Tune is a Pro tune from FK8TD, so it is a locked calibration file. I believe John has also reached out to you and the team.

@Lexie, Believe me, v4.5.5 in my results, no longer exhibits the issue.

I supply my customers with UNLOCKED & UNHIDDEN tunes which helps alleviate this sort of complications, because these sort of things happen.
The one vehicle that exhibited this issue, simply opening the calibration with the latest version, SAVE and re-upload resolved the issue.

it's impossible to offer assistance without seeing what's in the calibration. it appears that many of the DTCs have been disabled so there are no codes to go by, but I see that there is essentially no cam movement, so you're basically driving around in limp mode with no boost allowed. But without seeing the codes it's impossible to troubleshoot the cause.

May not be related but it looks like your wastegate seems to be out of calibration to some extent - by around 0.15 to 0.30mm.

People need to realize that disabling the DTC just stops the light on the dash. If there is an error condition then the ECU will go into backup routines or disable other functionality, none of which is apparent from a datalog.

We have not received any calibrations. If there are concerns about sharing the calibration then either post the locked calibration or email it to support@hondata.com

issue has been resolved. 4.5.5 and then I needed the new file sent and re-uploaded directly to car as if I open file then upload, it automatically reverts back to 2017 model year, my vehicle is 2019 so when new calibration was sent and I updated to 4.5.5 ity uploaded without an issue directly to vehicle once flashpro and laptop was hooked up prior to opening and loading file.
