unlock issue

CIVIC SI 2006-2011
The car is a Civic Si 2008
The flashpro can be locked and no calibration can be loaded on the car, it freezes after 10 seconds.
After some attempts, using other note, other USB, other cable, no cable, I tried to unlock and the message is that "the car is not the same flashpro was locked " etc etc"
The ECU is a 37820-RRD-M11
Then I looked at Flashpro properties, under ECU, right after the correct VIN,
the calibration ID is 37805-RRD-M110.

Is it the problem?
How can I fix it ?
Is it a flashpro problem or a ECU problem ?
I´m a dealer at Brazil.
