Ecu not working with 1000cc injectors!

I’m having an issue with my boosted 2008 Civic Si. It has a full DC5 Creations turbo kit and supporting mods. Last night, I had a live tuning session with my out-of-state tuner. He made a base map to start the car, but it would only crank and not start. We thought it was a fuel issue and tried adding and removing fuel, but it didn’t help. I’m running a Walbro 535 pump with a DeatschWerks relay kit for extra power that the bigger pump will need . We tried adjusting dead times, but it still wouldn’t start.

I told him the car had previously started with a Hondata base map, so we uploaded that map, made a few changes, and the car started and idled fine. After adjusting for 1000cc injectors and re-uploading, it wouldn’t start again, but going back to the base map fixed it.

When driving and live-tuning, the car sputters at full throttle and only runs smoothly if I ease into it. Any tips on getting it to run properly with the correct dead times or how to diagnose this would be appreciated!
