Hondata Tuning with a Vortech charger

Hi,
I Want to know if I purhase a hondata S200 + Rc 440cc Injectors with all options and I go to a dyno and also datalog it , then i send all this info back to hondata can they tune my s200? The thing is no one here in gibraltar knows how to do it niether in spain. Well just to let you know the specs of my car:
Civic Vti JDM Spec 167BHP
Code: Ek4
Engine B16A2
Year: 99
Mods:
Supersprint 4-2-1 Stainless steel header + straight through pipe and raciing backbox. Oz racing superlegga on pirelli Zero nero 205/45/16.
(They are arrive this week) Vortech Supercharger 8psi + Aftercooler + maxflow fuel rail and optimiser + Vortech Max flow BOV, Magencore 8.5mm Leads and Denso Idrinuim Plugs +Gauges of all types and hopefully if some how i can tune it a hondata s200 with all options and 440cc RC injectors.
