Closeloop behaviour

Hello team, I have a problem on S300 V3. B18c6 engine Firmware ver 23 Software ver 2.8.8.
ive tuned the engine in openloop on the dyno with dyno wideband, and now ive wired an aem xseries to s300. Dyno wideband and aem wideband reads the same, maybe .2 error and smanager displays the correct value too.
Car is running fine, idle AFR around 14.1 everything is ok regarding fuel.
Now I would like to switch to closed loop so i setup everything calibration volt/AFR etc and when i activate closeloop (wideband target lambda or voltage target) immediately the car run very lean (stft havent started yet!)
I have to add around 40% fuel so idle gets back to 14afr. (Didn't tested wot and crusing).
Ive tuned dozen of s300 kpro etc and its the first time i encounter this kind of behaviour, is there a solution? If i cannot redo all my fuel tables it would be great as i suspect its not simple as add a 40% overall fuel trim across all the maps.
Thanks !!
