Too ecu c51 c52 different

Hi,

I have two ECU (P28-G00) for the s300 upgrade.. they are different, C51 and C52 One comes with the other not.. that a problem or does it work the same with or without?
What are c51 and c52 for?

The capacitors are not needed.
