K24a swap flash questions

If swapping a 100% stock k24a into my civic si could I not reflash the ecu with a stock tsx map and require no further tuning?

I ask this because I assume honda does not individually tune each tsx but rather uses a generic map for every tsx in the usdm market.

You cannot use calibrations from different vehicles as the ECU's are different.
