Is my ECU bad?

I have been struggling with issues after issue for the last week or so trying to get my swap running and driving.
2000 Toyota MR2 Spyder
JDM K24A
PPA ECU
KPro V4
70mm ktuned throttle body
3 inch exhaust
If any one has any input on any of these issues that would be greatly appreciated. Just trying to rule everything out before I start considering getting a new ECU. I have tried both a stock RSX Type S and TSX calibration, just want the car running well enough to drive to a tuner.
1. Car starts and immediately dies when cranking. Must cycle key on-off-start and then car will start and run.
2. Turning car to acc when running leaves the engine running without the fuel pump, stalls after a few seconds.
3. Added wiring and relay for factory wideband, but continually got P1167 code and datalogs showed no response from O2 sensor.
4. Installed AEM 30-0300 and wired it to KPro:
Red:+12V switched
Black:factory ground
White:analog 0
Brown:analog ground
First start car idled perfect and behaved normally, 1500 rpm cold start slowly coming down to idle and AEM gauge and datalogs matched afr.
6. Turned car off for a few minutes and when I restarted it to go for a test drive it had a stumbling/surging idle until the sensor was heated. The gauge was showing ~15.5, but the datalogs were showing ~18.9.
7. Tried moving the car in the driveway and once load is applied P1107 gets triggered.
8. Datalogs show MAP at -21.7 psi at idle and that moves towards 0 psi when blipping the throttle
