I got my car tuned couple weeks ago, now its throwing the code 16(fuel injectors) and 21(vtec solenoid valve),.I changed out the solenoid and still throwing the code. From my understanding If my injectors were faulty my car would run like shit..and everytime i start the car, the code is erased. my car drives normal with no probs until I hit around 5-5500 rpm. Soon after the CEL is on it wont let me go past 3500rpm.
I dont know what to do, please help me.

Do you have a VTEC pressure switch on the engine? Is the wiring to the pressure switch OK? In any case this error can be disabled in RomEditor.
The injector error can also be disabled in RomEditor, but this should not occur with a P28-A What injectors are you using?

From what I checked the wiring is fine, I am using rc 440cc saturated injectors. Could it a bad chip?

Have you taken the car back to your dealer and have them go over everything? Without datalogging it may be difficult to trouble shoot. Your dealer should be able to datalog it and help you.
