I have a 1994 Honda Civic EX turbo with Hondata s200b. The other day my car was throwing a constast CEL code and the Hondata light was blinking. I reset the ECU and everything was fine. It happened 3 times yesterday while I was driving, the car would just shut off and wouldn't start back up. The last time it happened reseting the ecu didnt do anything. I threw in a stock P28 and everything was fine, except for the fact that is was running super-rich because of the 440's. I threw in the stock injectors to get home. It has to be something Hondata related. i am wondering if it is the ROM or the cable or what? I haven't gotten my car tuned yet but it has been running good the past couple weeks. Please help, gotta get it fixed tonight. TIA

Sounds like wiring problem. Check continuity on the interface cable and then double check your wiring to the ECU. IT could also be a probelm with teh socketin gof the ecu.

I got this ECU from a friend of mine and he used it for 2 years with no problems. I dont think it is the socketing job. There is no wiring to the ECu except the stock stuff. I took out the rom and one of the little legs on it are bent, could that be it? I'll try to get a pic on here
