S300 code 16INJ issues

Hey guys I need help. I just swapped a JDM B18C into my 2000 dc4 integra. I have an S300 chipped p28 ECU. The engine is misfiring on cyl.2 and throwing code 16 Injector Error. It doesnt matter what base map I use, or if I disable injector error in smanager. Ive tried multiple base maps and even bought one from HaMotorsports and the problem persists. The confusing part is that if I use the P28 with the S300 removed, the injector issues subside. I saw a similar post yesterday which is locked and i couldnt reply, but he had the exact same issue on cyl.3 and fixed it with a main relay. Ive just put a main relay in and it did not change. Im very confused if anyone knows what the problem is LMK!

IF you swap the injector on cyl 2 to another cylinder does the misfire follow the injector?

We unplugged the connector from injectors 1&2 and switched them. Injector 2 started firing and the misfire was on 1. It’s following the connector. The issue is that it runs perfectly fine with an unchipped p28 ecu, and injector 2 starts failing when I install the S300 in that same ecu.
Idk if it had anything to do with the fact that its a USDM ECU and a JDM motor? Still stumped

It sounds like the ECU may be damaged. Swap the s300 into a different ECU.

Could the ECU be damaged even though it runs well without the S300? Like i said i have no misfire or injector issues without the s300 in

Is J1 cut when you remove the s300?

J1 was replaced. I can see the solder. As far as visual inspection the ECU looks good. I sent it off to HAMotorsports to test the ECU and clean my s300. After a visual inspection i noticed some solder that looked out of place on some pins of the s300 and contacted HAMotorsports support. I will update the thread with what HAM tells me, whether the solder was the issue or if the ECU has an issue. I’ll include a photo of the out of place solder
