misfire issue h22a turbo

misfire under boost
it started when i had my h22a turbo on a track day was going well all morning then in the afternoon we had an issue with the car. IAT, EGT, Batt voltage all are okay, fuel pressure on and off boost was spot on. AFR's around approx.11.8-12 lambda when on boost when WOT before the issue.
The car anytime it would come on boost around 3000-5000rpm it with would hit a brick wall and feel like boost cut, as soon as you roll on boost it would happen anywhere from 3psi to full boost 15psi. I can see in the datalog when this issue happened- INJ ms is 11.50ms, IGN is 13degress with TPS 79%. What i've noticed is timing is way down when this particular issue happens.
This just started out of the blue with no CEL or errors.
When this happened if you turned the car off after a run and tried to start it would just crank, wait awhile and it would fire right up.
has MSD external coil remainder of ignition is factory dizzy. could this be ICM issue?
