ecu for automatic gsr

i am fairly new to engine building and i am currently rebuilding a 96 gsr but want to make it automatic. i know i can bold any b series tranny to the engine but i have no clue on what type of ecu to get. im building it to turbo charge. the motor is going in a 98 civic ex with an automatic tranny please any info would help.
