Anyone can find out what issue when part/slightly throttle around Vtec engagement rpm around 5500-6000 rpm happening somethings like(no power) lack of fuel OR wrong ignition? Not sure whats that issue.
I cant find out wt wrong with the ignition/fuel table. is that related other setup?

Have you verified that VTEC is engaging?
