PRB V4 kpro SN: 67281 EG civic K20z3 Eng. Trans.
Fuel is at 50PSI engine cranks no problem, but DOES NOT START. the code it’s throwing is P1361. I checked timing and everything is 100%. The cam plug has continuity, fuel pressure at 50 fresh 91 oct. new coil pack/ spark plugs. Even sprayed starter fluid in the mani. Currently on z1 base map. Also this is my first swap. The ECU works on friends kswap but we are now scratching our heads.

If the ECU works on a different vehicle, then you need to follow the factory service manual for troubleshooting the error code you are getting as it is most likely the cause of the issue.

Faulty Engine Harness, switched to OEM rsx harness and she fired right up

i have this same issue and i believe it’s this dumb cheap tucked harness.

I ran into a similar issue on my K20 swap.
