need help with ignition map

I was wondering if anyone here can help me dial in my ignition map and help fine tune my parameters as im a bit new to all of this in general.
specs:
-B20Z W/ GSR HEAD
-H.S.L. BLOX CAMS W/Stock cam gears and supertech valve train
-440cc rc injectors AEM fuel rail
-skunk2 pro series manifold w/70mm throttle body
-tri-y headers w/ 2.5in exhaust ,2 resonations and muffler

I've attached 2 datalog files and the map i'm using. Any help/input would be appreciated!

Log looks really noisy, reduce your rev limiter from 9000 to 7800 to be safe if your going to rev it out. Check all your grounds.
