K24a2 NA VTEC engagement

Hello, does anyone know if you can simply change the vtec engagement point from 5500 to 4500 on the hondata app by just changing the numbers? I have a full exhaust and intake and the vtec is way too high, what do I need to do in order to change the vtec engagement on the hondata without getting it dyno tuned.

Just changing the engagement point without measuring the power and making sure it is not too rich or lean is not a good idea.
