Hi everyone,
I have been using my 2022 Civic FL1 MT for the last 2 years, its a Japanese Import, since the honda dealer in my country only sells the CVT civic FE.
I have a few bolt-ons installed,
1. Rosso Modello GT4 Exhaust
2. K&N drop-in Air Filter
3. Max Racing Down & Midpipe
4. Hondata CanFlex Kit
I have been using the Hondata FlashPro Supplied tuning MAPs for the past year. The specific MAP that I have been on is the "2022 CIVIC-STAGE 2-MT-250LBS" tune. with e 30% ethanol mix.
It was running absolutely fine, till the latest 4.4.5 FlashPro Update which came with the latest Hondata CanFlex Calibration, "Civic-Turbo-2022-2b-MT-CANFlex"
After uploading this new calibration to my car, it stopped boosting. It was absolutely jerky from 2000-3000rpm rev range. No matter whatever I tried, the car would not boost at all.
So, I went back to the previous calibration. But to my surprise, the conditions were exactly the same. There was absolutely no boost.
Only after resetting the ecu to the factory settings, the car started to generate boost & everything was normal.
No matter which hondata calibration I try to upload to the car, it does not boost at all.
has anyone faced such issues with the new software update?
