I have a kpro3 , lost password. I used the email to send a code . I put the code and reset the password. After that, I try to do anything in the kpro and still ask for the password and said is incorrect password, try multiple times resetting the password to no password, still ask for password and I can’t do anything. Try Hondata support and definitely they don’t want to help. They no even reply back. Any other way to resolve this issue?

When you reset the password did you remove the password or set a new one and are you using the new password if you set one?

I try both ways , no password and new password. Keep saying incorrect password

Then you will have to choose the reset password option again and use a new code.

I try multiple times, different password, or no password. Still lock out. Contact Hondata support and they say they can’t help me. They said Is have to be by email. Send multiple emails, no respond. Customer service is terrible. I’m going to switch ecu to different brand and definitely never recommend Hondata to my customers
