02-04 base ecu for swap

I have an untouched 02-04 base model manual transmission Rsx ecu and been looking through forums but came up empty handed.
I was wondering if I could use that ecu get kpro installed and run it with a k20z3 swap into a base model 05-06 Rsx with the stock 5 speed trans out of the 02-04.
