Hey guys. I have been scouring the internet looking for a way to LOWER the speed limiter and RPM for a 2011 accord exl v6 with nav. I am tired of catching my son driving like an idiot. I have used forscan for my pickup and was wondering if there is something like that or if a tuner is required.
