B20B block and B18C1 head need tune

Hey all I've got a 80mm throttle body, CAI, AEM fuel rail with unknown injector size with b20b block and b18c head. My car has an obnoxious crackle tune on it that i have to get rid of. Whenever i decelerate/ let off the throttle, i see my air fuel ratio go all the way up and then i hear the pops and bangs. I can tell its retarding the timing on decel and dumping fuel for pops n bangs. How do I get this fixed and tuned proper or just make it so the tune is not purposefully dumping fuel or retarding timing on deceleration? Thanks.

Start with a new calibration and then get it tuned on the dyno from there.
