Autotune is amazing!!! Injector question...
I have spent the last 3 nights methodically using auto tune on the low cam with vtec set to 7k. Started at 30 cam angle with autotune set to 4 weighted cells and 10% max change from basemap. Drove around town and highway making sure to hit all columns from to 1k to 6.5k rpm. Looked over datalog and added/subtracted fuel needed where super rich or super lean. Made sure I did not have any crossovers in the fueling. Did it again and then changed autotune to closest cell. Made sure I didn't have any crossovers in fuel. Then did precise cell. Then copy and pasted 30 degree fuel to 15 and 40. Did this for 0, 15, 30, 40, and 50. I couldn't be happier. +/- 3% short fuel trim. On to the high cam! I really didn't have the $ for dyno or an e-tune so this was my only option. So far, so good. Attaching my calibration. Car has 6262 turbo, 450 lph fuel pump, 1000cc injectors, stock engine. My only concern is my injector open times I am using. Didn't have the data sheet so I checked a bunch of 1000cc injectors and took the numbers from the DW 1000cc injectors. What should I look for to determine if I need to raise or lower the voltage? I had a few minor knocks while tuning 40 degree cam angle but engine is much smoother than the "tune" I had before.
