K swapped ek stalling issue

I have a 2000 ek hatch k20a2 swap having a stalling issue car was tuned on hondata about a year ago 2 months later car died at the store wouldn't start and that's how I acquired it ran through it got the car to start there was a few loose grounds and couple other wiring problems like butt connectors coming undone etc changed out the engine harness got a new conversion harness so everything now is complete plug and play car runs and idles but will just shut off and won't restart for a while only thing I'm seeing on hondata that is weird is the ecu seems to only be getting 8 to 9v from the battery with just key on but checked with multimeter battery is fully charged car charges at 14.4v when running but on hondata the ecu is showing the voltage jumping around from 12.9 to 14 but never consistant could this be my issue and what could it be? The battery will be charging for 15 min while idling but when it stalls the hondata is showing 8 to 9v why?

You should try this ECU on a known working vehicle and see if it reads voltage correctly. If it does, then you will need to go through the wiring in this vehicle and correct any issues found.

Only problem is I have noone to try with so I'm trying to trouble shoot but I feel like I've gone through all the wiring already can't find anything

The battery may be faulty as well.
