2024 HB Civic Sport Touring

When I load the available 91 or 93 octane tunes from FlashPro it renders the car pretty much immobile. I am making no other modifications to the calibration in the process. It will start and idle but there is almost no throttle response and no power. ECU says it is supported (37820-64A-AG1) by FP-16CIVIC-L15T-US. I am having no luck. What am I doing wrong?

resolved by Hondata support. Software version was the issue. 93 Octane tune successfully loaded. Nice little bump in power!
