Kmanager under kpro information has an red X on hardware

when i try and use my Kpro v4 i cannot register because everything is grayed out, whenever i click on the kpro information the kpro has a red x next to it and then one next to hardware tab, i click on hardware tab and next to where it says Flash Memory it says 16mb with another red X what do i do about this?

With everything plugged in and the ignition in the on position, go to the Help menu and click on “send feedback”. Include a detailed description of the issue.
