A/2 IGP2 wire

Hi,
Short KPro specific question:
I am wondering if ECU connector A, Pin 2, "IGP2", hereby called A/2 in this post, is a critical connection on the Hondata ECU?
Pin A/3, "IGP1", and all relevant sensors, ignition coils, fuel injectors, solenoids and alternator exciter all have +12v sources from the chassis wiring as necessary.
So in this instance, is it ok for Pin A/2 to be absent?
Thank you for any info/advice on this, it will be appreciated :)
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Longer full version / background info:
I have a Kpro 4 here with a high quality, concentric twisted, mil-spec wiring harness here from a well known shop.
I cannot reach the shop at present, and the wiring harness all checks out with the exception of Connector A, Pin 2, IGP2.
From diagrams it appears this is bridged, up stream, with A/3 / IGP1, however there is no connection to any other wire on this harness.
It leaves the ECU connector and there is a wire and pin in the A/2 spot, however from there it disappears into oblivion and definitely doesn't appear to be spliced into any other wire or breakout of the harness at any other point to be supplied +12v.
Thanks again.
