Dataloging Issues

Hello, I have an issue and want support to fix it. There is a dc5 with hondata kpro4 which I can not uploead calibration and can not datalog, for to be sure I find an other kpro4 and installed to that car to try and be sure ecu is damaged, now the second ecu also can not upload cal and no datalog. I erased the second ecu and after that I can upload a calibration to that ecu but no datalogging. First ecu is not a big problem because its already damaged when come to me but second one I have responsibilty of that ecu. Can someone advise to me to check where inside the ecu if its damaged or an other adivce ? Interesting thing is before erase I can not upload claibration now I can upload but no datalog.
