Hey guys, im hoping i can get some help on this. Backstory, i just finished a etune with my tuner and transmission blew, moving forward i got a built transmission new turbo and stage 4 action clutch w lightweight flywheel. Car has a makspeed turbo, ID 1050X injectors and DW Pump etc. CAR has never had this issue before and now it does after the first start up with these new mods and there are NO DTCS and misfire detection is turned off for the lightweight flywheel. I am currently etuning with a revision but i am experiencing a issue that is not allowing me and my tuner to move forward, we have done multiple revisions trying to correct the problem but it doesn't seem to get better. I will try my hardest to explain the problem, it feels as if fuel is being cut for no reason at all, the car backfires if i tap on the throttle on decel, it has this small pull back hesitation feeling when I'm around 10-30% throttle around 2000-4000rpm and its horrible, just feels like the car is shaking and it doesnt feel like a MISFIRE at all, my tuner has checked all data logs and says everything looks good and cant see anything in the data logs. also i hold the throttle on idle at like 2-3% at 1500rpm the car bogs up and down. I'm really lost and would like some assistance if you guys see anything in the data logs my tuner doesn't see.
here are also some you tube videos of my car doing the issue.

*EDIT
I forgot to mention I have cleaned the MAF, Got my injectors cleaned at BOOSTLAB with no issues on the injectors. Also the issue is really bad when the car is cold.
