Tuning H series with 12:1 compression

ok, i have an H22 block with an H23 head the compression is 12:1. The block heats up quicker then the normal H22 i guess because of the high compression. I was wondering what type of maps to start out with and what are the best injectors, i have 93+ H22 injectors, 92+ H23 injectors, and 97+ H22 injectors. any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks
