What makes the sync light pulse? Also what voltage is the sync light supose to have ? And is the voltage sourced from the CPR module or is it sourced from the ecu for the CPR module to read ? Is there a diagram of the CPR module availabe?
Also Is there a another pinout that can be used with sync other than the atlc pin ?

Is there a problem you are having?

Yes the sync light is not pulsing. And I already did a check on all connections. Did the trouble shoot steps. And end at the same place which is "check altc connection" "Smanager cpr settings all thre boxes checked" and still no sync. Any suggestions?

That's why I wanted to know what switches the sync light on. Where does that pulsing signal come from.

Fixed it. The tach cable(green) was connected to the CKS signal(blue) just like the diagram in hondata said to. So I went ahead and spliced the tach to the TDC sensor (white) and i got pulse on sync light. So to answer my own question
" the sync(purple) gets signal from the TDC sensor that's why the instructions state that the sync light flashes 1 for every 4 red flashes." The instruction manual should be re written to include more detail on connectors and wire color codes, and specify sensors and their locations.
