KproV4 Registration security password lockout/reset

Bought a used car with a KproV4. It has a security password. I cannot get in contact with the registered user of the ECU. What can i do?

To get the password you will need to go to the registered owner tab and click on reset security password. It will then send a code to the registered owner email address or text to the phone number. Then you will have to contact the registered owner for that code. We do not have any access to the password and cannot reset it any other way.
