Direct injection fuel system

I bought the Direct injection fuel system upgrade (USED) for my fk8, I have the serial number and the software key, but when I try to enter it in my flashpro it does not update.! What can I do?

Please email support <at> hondata.com about this and include your FlashPro serial number, the serial number and registration number for the Fuel system.
