Why Knock Level is like this?

Hello.. I have been enjoying the Flashpro a ton since i got it.
However, i decided to log my car after 6 months of being tuned.

The issue:
My knock level is confusing me. It starts at 70%-84%, then stays at 100% for the rest of the drive after a WOT pull from 20-50mph in 3rd gear.

Car:
2007 Honda civic si with Hondata CARB stock tune. No modifications were done to the car except the tune. 105,000 miles. No issues with AFR.

Knock count total is 126 in a 1 hour drive. Knock count climbs by about 14 knocks after WOT at 2900RPM in 5th gear.

Should I be worried? Could this be false knock? Car is not exactly new, so i thought it might be other mechanical noise.

Any insights are appreciated. Thanks!

Datalog is too big though, so i cant attach the full log here. Here it is on google drive : https://drive.google.com/file/d/1gAv2ZD ... drive_link

I attached a minified version of it here too as well.

I am using hondata CARB , which i think does not allow editing tables.

I use 91 fuel in Texas.

Also, i forgot to mention that i use solid mounts on lower rear and upper passenger mount.

Thanks.

Then you will not be able to make any adjustments to this.

So what do you think the culprit in this case? Just bad fuel? Or mechanical noise?
I have a hard time believing it is a real knock.
