1987 BMW 325iS with KPower swap kit (I have reached out to them but haven't made much progress). Engine will start, but not idle. Have to use the throttle to keep it going. Have not calibrated TPS or anything. Error code P0335 after start up.
Tested crank sensor wiring (ignition on):
12v across yellow/black (pin 1)
5v across blue (pin 2) and chassis ground
12v across yellow/black (pin 1) and grey (pin 3)
Tested continuity of blue signal wire back to the ECU. It comes to pin A20. KPower said this is correct and that all their cars are wired this way.
I have tried replacing the crank sensor (37500-RAA-A01)
Verified crank trigger wheel orientation is correct - recorded a video through the sensor opening and can see the teeth being in the proper order.
Engine info:
K24A JDM
50 degree VTC gear
410cc RDX injectors
Acuity TPS
AEM wideband sensor wired to analog 0
Alternate VSS (not wired yet)
4x 4awg ground wires to chassis - 2x on block, 1x on valve cover, 1x on timing case
Kpro V4 62696
37820-PPA-A52
Calibration and data log attached. Hoping I'm just missing something stupid here like the wrong basemap for this type of ecu or something... New to Hondas and tuning in general.
Any help greatly appreciated!!

Re: p0335 crank sensor no signal
I believe you need to use the RSX crank position sensor and not the one from the K24.
Re: p0335 crank sensor no signal
Hmm okay I can give that a shot. Thought it was strange that I could see RPMs in Hondata though. Maybe the error comes from seeing RPMs differently than the ECU expected?
Re: p0335 crank sensor no signal
I'm also getting no readings from the TPS. With the key on: 5v input is good, but when back-probing the TPS signal output and measuring across the signal ground I don't get the expected 0.45V, nor does it change when opening the throttle. I also tested this with a 2nd, brand new Acuity sensor. Wondering if there is some kind of centralized signal ground issue? Or maybe I'm just testing it wrong
Re: p0335 crank sensor no signal
I found the problem - well actually it's just the same thing I found in the first post. They were wrong about their own harness, go figure. I swapped the pins A7 and A20 and everything works.
