NEED HELP - Identifying a pin

Post by Izerosll »

Hello everyone,
been having a few issues with a Kpro V1 and found that a few of the pin connector were either loose or broken.
Im trying to figure out what "J3" pin (circled in red) does.
One of the pins is broken and im trying to see if it is contributing to the issue I've had.
Issue: USB Driver not found / offline

I've done everything so far
1. uninstalled / installed kmanager in VARIOUS laptops (old / new)
2. downloaded drivers via hondata (no luck)
3. have had other people with working kmanager on their laptop and worked with their car try on mine and it goes offline and shows no drivers.
4. swapped my ecu with a working kpro ecu and its fine which shows the issue is with the ecu.
5. kmanager updated to the latest version as of 11/18/24
6. prayed

so im at a lost and wondering if maybe a broken pin is causing this issue. Can someone help me figure out what "J3" pin does and what the check and X mark mean as well.
Thank you for any information with this.

No, it would have to be issued an RMA and be sent in to be looked at. Do you want to do that?

You are looking at between $60 to $100 but could be more depending on what we find. You must pay for the shipping to us separately.
