Running Rough k24a3

im new here so if this is in the wrong sub topic let me know

But ive got a few issues with my engine swap

so ive got a eg5 honda civic, k24a3 swap, k20a gearbox, ebay rbc intake manifold, 1000cc injectors, sidewinder manifold with turbo and 3 inche exhaust with wideband sensor and not other o2 sensor.
using a base map calibration from kpro v4 and adjusting the injecotrs to 1000cc, then car runs rough with idle jumping. igniton timing says its -64 degrees and throttle is at -10. i currently have no coolant in the car and just wanted to get it to idle smooth before finishing the rest for the dyno. just wondering what could cause the ignition timing to be out so far, pretty sure its impossible. i am running 98 fuel as well

Just wondering what sensor could cause this etc

You need coolant in it to be able to safely run it and for the sensors to see the correct values.
