I just installed a bunch of parts today including XDI HPFP. When trying to enable hpfp the serial number slot isn't there. I tried entering software key but doesn't change to enabled. I have tried everything i know to try. Any ideas?

Your software key is either being entered incorrectly or has been used before. Email support@hondata.com with the key.

I just don't understand why there is nowhere to enter the serial number as it says in the instructions. I will email them but thought this was weird.

If they are XDI instructions then they are out of date.

I sent an email and have called but techs are not available. My car has been stuck for 2 days at the shop and i need some assistance as soon as possible. Would you be able to reach out to me?
